What you need
Before you start, check you have the following.
1. Your device
Any Mac, Windows, Linux or Chromebook computer.
2. The app
A modern browser — Chrome 100+, Safari 15+, Edge 100+ or Firefox 100+.
3. Your credentials
The username and password from your Keydole welcome email. Not signed up yet? Pick a plan.
How to set up
Follow these steps in order. Setup takes 3–5 minutes on most devices.
Step 1: Open the web player
Go to keydole.co.uk/watch in your browser of choice.
Step 2: Sign in
Enter the credentials from your welcome email. Tick "Remember me" if you'd like the browser to keep you signed in.
Step 3: Pick something to watch
Choose a channel from the live guide, or browse the on-demand catalogue by category.
Step 4: Use the on-screen controls
Play, pause, adjust quality and toggle full-screen from the player controls. Press F for full-screen on most browsers.

Common issues on this device and the fixes that resolve them.
Video shows a black screen
Update your browser to the latest version and disable script-blocking extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, NoScript) for keydole.co.uk. DRM-protected video needs these scripts to run.
Playback isn't smooth on Firefox for Linux
Firefox on some Linux distributions doesn't hardware-decode DRM content well. Chrome or Edge give a smoother experience on the same machine.
Full-screen doesn't cover the whole screen
After entering full-screen from the player, press F11 (Windows/Linux) or Ctrl-Cmd-F (Mac) for a truly borderless view.
No sound on Safari
Safari blocks autoplay with sound by default. Click the unmute icon in the player once — Safari will remember your choice for keydole.co.uk.
