Payment methods, renewals, plan changes, refunds and cancellation — answered here.

No. The price shown is the total amount charged — £29.99 for 3 months, £39.99 for 6 months, or £49.99 for 12 months. There are no booking fees, setup charges, or additional costs at checkout.

An invoice is emailed to you after every payment. You can also download a PDF of any past invoice from Account → Billing.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All card payments go through a 3DS2/SCA authentication step for your security.

Yes. Card payments are handled by a PCI DSS Level 1-compliant payment provider — your card number, CVC and expiry are entered directly into the provider's secure, encrypted form and are never transmitted to or stored on Keydole's servers. Keydole retains only a payment token issued by the provider, which can authorise future renewals but cannot be used to retrieve your card details. All transactions also go through 3DS2/SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) as required under UK Financial Conduct Authority rules, adding a second layer of identity verification at checkout.

Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment on the day you subscribe. Your access runs for a full 12 months from that date. You'll receive a renewal reminder by email three days before the next annual charge.

Monthly plans renew automatically on the same date each month. If you cancel before renewal, you won't be charged again — you keep access until the end of the paid month.

Go to Account → Billing → Payment method. You can add a new card or wallet, or remove an old one. Changes take effect immediately for any future charge; there's no gap in your service.

We retry the payment automatically over the following 72 hours and notify you by email. If it still can't be taken, service pauses until you update your payment method — no data is lost, and you can resume by adding a new payment method at Account → Billing.

Yes. From Account → Plan you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with the price difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date so you keep what you've already paid for.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off right after subscribing. Because Keydole delivers digital content immediately on payment, you're asked at checkout to confirm you request immediate access — doing so means the 14-day right lapses once access begins. Outside the cooling-off window, monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future renewals. Annual plan fees are non-refundable after the cooling-off period. Contact support if you believe there are exceptional circumstances.

Go to Account → Plan → Cancel subscription. You'll receive a confirmation email within 60 seconds stating your service end date. Monthly plans end at the current billing month's end; annual plans end at the 12-month period's end. You keep access until then.
